Hailing from an ancient and warlike family, Sir Jasper is consumed with an overwhelming desire to win at all costs. Although he’s too well bred to actually cheat, his constant provoking of his opponents and taunting of their support is legendary.

His supporters are fiercely loyal and he is greeted with enthusiastic cheering every time he makes or accepts a challenge. Critics have described his popularity as “Surprising” and even “Quite Puzzling”.

He funds his jousting exploits through heavy taxes, but his people don’t seem to mind! One tenant farmer remarked “I would gladly give my last turnip so that Sir Jasper can carry on doing us proud”! He’s also ferocious in combat. Be it with the lance or the sword he sees no honour in a points victory and would far rather fight on, often bullying his opponents into submission and treating them, in his own words; “very roughly”.

It’s also not unknown for him to take out his frustrations on his own squires when things aren’t going his way. One thing’s for sure, there’s always action when Sir Jasper’s around. Can he win again?
